Our service is personal, not automated, so if you are not sure which numbers to give, provide us with all you see on the outside of the casing and we will check them for you.
We aim to respond by email usually within an hour, a little longer at weekends. These codes are at our standard price of £7.95.
After submitting the form, you will be forwarded to our payments page. Note that your request will not be actioned until payment is received. Our service is inexpensive but it is not free. We aim to give a good service to paying customers, with the assurance of our money-back guarantee: If we are not able to supply the factory-set code for your unit, we will explain why and offer some options, and we promise to refund you, less just a small 45p transaction fee.

SORRY, WE'RE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO CALCULATE CODES FROM YOUR CAR'S VIN NUMBER This includes nearly all CLARION-made radios fitted to Citroen, with the exception of those fitted to older cars & vans and that still have the old C7 security number on the case. If your radio has a model number beginning with PU and there is no number on the case very similar to 'C7000004524' (always starts with C7, then a series of zeros then four numbers), then we won't be able to decode it. These need to be read from the Citroen VIN database - visit an authorised Citroen service dept.
PHILIPS & BLAUPUNKT RADIOS: You will need to pull the radio from the dashboard to read the numbers we need from its chassis - this will be on a printed label, engraved on the metal case, or both. Extraction 'keys' (often of the type shown here) are required to remove the radio - don't be tempted to try removing the radio another way or force it as you may damage the surrounding dashboard trim. The keys make it very easy - you can find them in motoring stores or online.
Unlock codes for SIEMENS VDO radios in Citroen will need the car's VIN number (these codes ARE NOT currently available from us).
Is your Citroen radio beeping all the time? Did you buy it second-hand (not the car's original radio)? On newer radios, the constant beeping is usually a sign that the VIN/chassis number programmed into the radio does not match the one stored in your vehicle's B.S.I (Built-In Systems) interface. The only solution is to go to your Citroen dealership or a mechanic that has the Citroen programmer so that they can match the two embedded codes.
